This website is owned and operated by or on behalf of the Delaware Military Academy (DMA). DMA uses every effort to respect the privacy of its online visitors. We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site.
DMA only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to make a financial donation online or submitting a message via our contact us form.
We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when (i) the person submitting the information authorizes us to share it; (ii) sharing the information is a necessary operation of the site, for instance, to process a credit card transaction or perform a background check on volunteer or employment applications; or (iii) we are required by law. The Delaware Military Academy has no control over or responsibility for the data collection and use practices of third parties that process online donation credit card transactions.

In addition to maintaining privacy and security controls over information you share with us, the Delaware Military Academy also protects the privacy of the youth featured on the website.
The Delaware Military Academy reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken on campus or at any event sponsored or hosted by DMA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. DMA may use the photograph/video in publications, on our website, or on our social media channels at our discretion.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without prior written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.
A person on campus or attending a DMA event who does not wish to have their image recorded should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the DMA staff, and/or contact The Delaware Military Academy at 112 Middleboro Road, Wilmington, DE 19804, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. DMA will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By attending The Delaware Military Academy, participating in a DMA event, or by failing to notify DMA, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by DMA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify DMA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with The Delaware Military Academy may not use, copy, alter or modify DMA photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings at any time.
