- Congratulations to DMA’s Delaware Youth Congressional Conference delegation!
- DMA will begin spring state testing tomorrow during the school day. Cadets who completed a Biology course in the fall semester will be completing the DeSSA Biology end of course assessment on Tuesday, while 11th-grade cadets who completed US History in the fall semester will be testing on Thursday. The test is computer-based, so please ensure that Chromebooks are fully charged on the day of testing. Cadets enrolled in the spring semester courses will take the test in May. - Sports Report:
- Baseball lost to Tower Hill 4-6 and defeated Conrad 5-3, as well as Newark 20-0.
- The golf team lost to Archmere 202-160, Conrad 202-201 and Newark Charter 203-194. They defeated St. Elizabeth 232-203.
- Boy’s lacrosse defeated Charter School of Wilmington 10-6 and lost to St. Mark’s 5-9.
- Girl’s lacrosse lost to Ursuline 1-17 and Charter School of Wilmington 2-17.
- Girl’s soccer defeated Ursuline 4-3 and lost to Middletown 1-2.
- Softball defeated Delmar 12-2 and lost to St. Mark’s 0-3.
- Girl’s tennis lost to Archmere 0-5.
- Boy’s Volleyball lost to Cape Henlopen 2-3.
- Track and Field team had a great showing at the Bob Behr Invitational with many kids achieving personal records.
- The DMA Sports Booster Club will be holding elections at our next meeting on Thursday, May 11th at 6:30pm in FH5. More details and information will be posted on our Sports Booster Club Band App page. https://band.us/n/a8a787s2I7P1o
- Save the date: The Fall Meet the Coaches will take place May 30th in the Dome at 6:30pm. The Athletic Award Ceremony will be held June 1st in the Dome at 6:30pm. Invitations will be sent later this week.\
