Head of School Search

Delaware Military Academy is preparing for a leadership transition as Commandant Kurfuerst’s term ends in June 2024. The DMA Board of Directors has retained the search firm, Educators’ Collaborative, to help us with our search. This firm has conducted hundreds of successful head of school searches since 1971. Top candidates will undergo thorough evaluation before the Board makes the final hiring decision. Updates and additional information will be posted here as it is made available.
